I own a 1996 Dodge caravan. The blinkers no longer function at all. Hazards work fine. Switch seems to ohm out when left turn is signaled, but not right. Had tried to change a relay for I thought the flashers although I found out it was a a/c relay. When I did this is when the blinkers stopped working, the blower switch no longer works, the rear windshield wiper, rear windshield washer stopped working as well. I did hear what sounded like an inline fuse blow. Also abs light and airbag came on. I have bought new relays swapped relays same number on them and checked both fuse blocks inside and out. Any suggestions?

You may have popped a fusible link somewhere which would be a bitch to find and you may be better off letting someone else work on it .

If your AC/Heater Blower switch isn't working, it could be the 40 amp fuse under the hood, the Blower Relay, Resistor Block and/or the Blower Motor itself... check it out:
