95 GTC trouble codes

I just finnished replacing the water pump and timingbelt on my 95 LeBaron 3.0. She fired right up and immediatly placed 4 trouble codes 31, 32, 34, and 35. after resetting the codes it went down to 31 and 35. Also the cooling fan and air conditioner quit. The large wiring harness that comes through the firewall on the passenger side had rubbed against the alternator pully and one wire needed repair, this was done with no changes to the code situation. Previous to the pump and belt replacement there were no codes and everything worked correctly. Any ideas?

You need to replace the fan relay thats what code 35 is. Code 31 is the purge solenoid circuit. The purge solenoid is that thing that mounts to the frame next to the motor mount on the passanger side. make sure it is pluged in and both vacum lines are secured on both ends. If so the problem is probably in the wire harness you were talking about recheck. Let me know what happens.
