?'s on cloning a 65 Shelby Mustang???

I've got a friend willing to trade me his 65 Mustang coup for my 95 Bronco even up and I'm wondering how hard it would be to clone a Shelby as close as possible.

The car was an original 6 cyl car but in 2000 a rebuilt 289 was installed with a 2 spd auto. Recently the floor pans were replaced and a EB 600 four barrel was installed. There has been a ton of money put into this car over the past few years and is turn key runs perfect.

Question is, how hard is it to get the Shelby parts to make a clone? Being an owner of Shelby's first and last FWD Dodge I've always wanted a Shelby Mustang. I know the parts are rare and very hard to find when it comes to the 500 GLHS's or 500 CSX's made but what about the Mustangs? Are there aftermarket companies making parts for them? What parts do you need to do a good clone?

Thanks in advance for any help...

Shelby will do it for 100,000 dollars and then authenticate it as an orriginal and list it in the Shelby Registry.

A bargain.
chassis off complete that is.
