Got a small button buck, and a good size doe. I got the button w/a bow though.

We went out with the rifles saturday, but nothing.

Nailed a squirrel with the truck about three weeks ago!!!

Wow jers99 thats an insane amount of water your going through in that pic of yours...I got stuck in the mud up to the axles before and had to get my buddy with his Colorado to pull me out! That's embarrasing :)

Went to the Golden Triangle and seen some does and a WHOPPING 2 point spike buck sunday mornin. Got pissed off and went home, figured I'll wait till 2nd season.

Im headed out this weekend... Got lots of land in northern Wisconsin, my mom already hauled out a 16 pointer with a 17 inch spread :biggrin: I'll post the pics once she emails them to me! She said theres plenty left for me, should be a good year!

I know its late in the season already, but BE SAFE!!! The shootings last year in wisconsin were just a few miles from the edge of our property.... Some of the victims were good friends of the family :(

Why did you cut it's throat? We don't do that here in the south. Is it something that is done in the north? I just gut them.

lol no its not a north thing. my flippin knife wasnt sharp and I didnt know it so we couldnt cut through the cage to get to the windpipe. We tried reaching our arms up there but we couldnt get to it...so we just cut the throat.
