squeaking nosie

well i just replaced my head gasket i got everything back on and now i have a squeaking noise when i accelerate. what can this be? also it was a pain to put the belt back on could this have something to do with it?

maybe the belt is not tight enough

also what year is ur cavy? cause in recent models when u remove the head u have to remove the timing chain

if u did did u make sure the tensioner for the timing chain was in goo shape? and chain was tight?

its a 96 is was a bitch to put on
