Vibration on first gear

Hi Everybody!
I need an advice!
I just got a 1998 v6 Silverado (manual).
When I shift the first gear and start moving, I can feel a trepidation (vibration). It just happen in the first gear..After the truck is moving the vibration is gone!
Somebody can help me?
