Does any on know where I can download a schematic to repair cruise control?

the cruise on this vehicle is a little complex as the pcm receives a mux signal from the switches and it also looks a all kinds of inputs then it controls the servo solenoids does the cruise lamp come on in the cluster when turned on

When I push the on off button nothing happens, the light on the cluster doesn't come on.

you may have one of many problems {switch clockspring wiring pcm cluster not configured for cruise}
i would start at the switches and at clockspring connector make sure every thing is plugged in and no broken wires at the clockspring where the column tilts

If I could get access to a good Diagnostic Computer would it give meTrouble Codes to help pinpoint the problem area? Thanks for your responses and help.

yes it might give you a code if the fault is a monitored one but you should be able to read switch voltages and different inputs also
