Weird boost problem

Ok, so when i punch it my Blitz boost guage still goes up and i still blow off, (light bov tho) but i feel no boost or pull......could this be my stock boost solinoide dieing and my boost guage is jus showin wastegate pressure?

1) Pressure test for boost leaks

2) Does your blitz boost gauge show vacuum pressure as well? If so, what is it at idle?

3) During a hard pull, let's say 3rd gear, what boost levels are you getting to? If you are only running wastegate pressure, you'd be topping out at 5-7psi.
