Weird Logo

Today I saw a car with a logo I have been unable to find.
There was no writing on it, only a single logo which was the letter T in a Circle. The car was a coupe. I've spent hours looking for the thing on the internet, but I have come up with nothing.
Anyone have any idea what the eff it was I saw?

It's a capital T in a circle, not an oval.

it's probably a Talbot.. french car brand or something i haven't seen them around but I have heard of the brand it self
