What kind of blow off is it? You can try vwvortex, and search there.

i would not reccomend installing a BOV... stick with a aftermarket bypass valve.

as stated before, DO NOT GET A BOV. but it sounds like you made that mistake already. your car will throw codes (check engine lights) as well as run rich if you have a BOV. you need a bypass/diverter valve.

as for the install, im gonna assume you have a bov already...
tools you need:
-something that cuts metal (i used heavy duty wire cutters), such as a dremel
-flat-head screw driver
-new worm clamps (2 1.5 inch diameter, 1 .75 in. diameter)
-for BOV only: get a 1.25" plug (im doing this all from memory, im at school, car's back home in california =\ ) make sure to measure the diameters of the tubing cuz im probably off

1.) open your hood, take off the engine cover (use a huge flat-head or an even larger phillips head driver)
2.) at the rear-most end of the motor you see a metal tube with some rubber tubing attached. one of the rubber tubes about .75-1 inch in diameter runs from the left end of the tube and connects to the intake piping on the right side (with you looking towards the rear of the car). this rubber tube connects via a black diverter valve which then attaches to the intake tubing.
3.) cut the stock clamps, you'll never get em off any other way, and throw em away.
4.) take out the black diverter
5.)fit your bov in there, most bov's need adapters to fit right, yours should have come with one
6.) vacuum hose = the tiny tube that connects to the small aperture usually at the top of the valve, attach that first (just makes it easier, you dont have to do it in any order)
7.) plug the rubber tube that connects to the turbo piping (the tube the runs to your left) with the plug (or you can cut that clamp that connects it to the turbo piping and plug the hole in the piping and chuck the rubber tube)
8.) tighten all the clamps
9.) MANDATORY!! DO NOT FORGET THIS STEP!! BUY A DIVERTER VALVE

to install diverter, follow steps 1-6, instead of plugging, connect that tube to the other outlet on the DV.

i would recoment a DV instead ...

bov's also remove moisture from a closed system
