Im thinking to get a gst or gsx for a DD only car that could have a little fun with while driving to work and stuff and around here the GST are cheaper than the GSX are. i already have a fast car for racing or whatever so i only plan to put about $1500~ in mods in it over time and aroun d $4500 total.
I know that the GSX will outlaunch the GST nomatter what, but how with the light mods that i can affoard, would it really be worth it to spend $500 on the car compaired to spending the extra $500 on the GST?
so what would be faster 1/4 mile wize or highway racing wize,
$3000 GSX with $1500 in mods or a $2500 GST with $2000 in mods
Thanks

First try a SEARCH!
Secondly, if you can find a GSX for $3000 and put $1500 in mods/upgrades, that would be the better choice!

gsx won't be quite as fast in the top end and the gst will have torque steer like a bitch. personally i'd go with the gsx. with 1500 in mods you could have a 12 sec car if you know what your doing.

Don't trip. With the price difference you're talking about, the gsx is a better all-around buy. The gs-t would likely take it from a highway roll where traction wasn't an issue, but that's one of the few advantages.
There's more to the car than the model, of course. If you're talking about 2gs, the prices you listed are nice. Good luck not finding a hooptie in that range, though. Don't forget about buying a Talon, for a bit cheaper, too.
It's all love here ;)

GST's are geared longer too arent they?
Yeah, I would definately get a AWD. I have been in a FWD car with some power when it lauched and I have been in a basically stock TSI AWD (GSX) when it lauched and DAMN. I think AWD is the way to go.
