headlight wont work in daytime

I continue to have problems with one headlight. I have had it to the garage several times and for a short while it will work and then it quits working again. Now it wont work in the day time but does work at night on most nights. Although sometimes it doesnt work at night either. Any suggestions what I might need to replace to solve this problem?

if its a 96-98 i think i might have your answer mine had the same problem but im not going to type out the procedure unless your is actually the same model.

why do you need headlights in the day time anyways?

sounds lik a short somewhere. Do you just hav one bulb(Low&high) or two bulbs?
