The front washer fluid pump seems to have burnt out on me. Rear works fine. When I press on "wash" for the front, the wipers move, but no fluid comes out, and the pump doesn't make any sound.
Question:
Is there a separate fuse for the front wash pump?
If not, then I think I need a new wash pump.
Does anyone know the part number for the pump? It looks like it would be easy to replace - anyone have an opinion on this, I know sometimes looks can be deceiving...
Thanks!

Exchange the connectors for the pumps. If you then get water on the front, when flushing the back, you know the pump is defective.

I'd like that too....Problem is the 2 plugs are dissimilar and will not connect to wrong pump..so a pair a small wires can be used to feed 12v direct to pump for a test.
Pump can suffer from "wiper syndrome"..related to faulty printed circuit board part of wiper motor...

To feed 12v direct to pump for a test, do you mean direct from the battery + to one side, and battery - to the other?
I hope it isn't the circuity board, I just changed it last year and it was a major pain in the @$$!
Thanks!

Indeed, 12v from the battery supply to the pump motor. Direction of rotation changes with change of polarity. If board new, I'd bet for the pump.

There may be a fuse, but either way, you should be able to go to the junkyard and get a pump for five dollars. You could also try cleaning the elctrical connections to the pump.
