What the diffrence from the over size rims on hpi website and the touring well i know the diffrence but what they look like on a 200mm body

There are slight differences in many of the wheels, offset can vary by a millimeter or two, but it is my experience that more will fit under a 200mm body, as long as they aren't greatly offset.

You could email HPI and ask them: They are (or were anyway) very helpful in matters like this.
