1997 Mark V111 Traction Control

On my mark V111 ,I have to ride with the Traction control in the off position, if I start out the traction control comes on when I am just around 25 mph, no one can fix the problem . Can some HELP. Thanks

the traction control on a 97-98 (gen 2) Mark VIII gains its input from a speed sensor mounted to the rear ABS signal. It compares that wheel speed input with the wheel speed input from the front wheel speed sensor. perhaps the problem is in the front speed sensor?

try cleaning the sprocket, or look for a worn pick-up at the sensor.
