the Power Steering fluid is leaking from the in-line cooler that has rusted out. The issue I have is I cannot get awrench on the line in to the Power Steering knuckle. I will cut the old line to remove it with a socket, but I am worried that I cannot get enough tourque on it to re-install the new line. There is no room between all of the other lines and their mounting nuts. is there a special tool for this. It is a 18mm I believe.

I am not sure that you're asking this, but I have a wrench that is a box wrench but about 1/4th of it is open so it will slip over a line and then go over the nut and grip the nut almost completely so you won't round off the highs when you try to turn it. I think I'd gotten it for radiator cooler lines or something at Sears -- ugggh. I'd check at the local auto parts stores. They'd have the common wrenches needed for most shadetree users.
