The line dose not go to the fuel press. regulator. Boost controllers mount in the waste gate intake manifold reference line. You should have two ports on the boost controller. One line connects to the intake manifold. The other line connects to the waste gate. Did your boost controller come with a manual? You will need it for the wire diagrams, operation instructions, and to identify which port is manifold reference and which port is wastegate signal.
What else are you installing with the boost controller? A boost controller should not be installed or tuned without a piggy back fuel computer to compensate for the added air flow. You will need a new boost gauge becaues the stock unit cannot read higher than stock pressures. You will need some way to monitor air fuel ratio while tuning the car. If you have not thought of these things, I would reccomend consulting a shop before proceeding.

i connected one line to the wastegate and solenoid and one line to the turbo housing, and solenoid. i connected one line from the fuel pressure regualtor directley to the back of my the boost controller. the solenoid and boost controller is connected by a wire. i followed the instructions and it seem to boost fine without any engine check light. i only set it at 25%

at stock the wastegate has a hose connected to the intercooler pipe, i disconnect the hose and connect the two hoses that came off of the control valve, the control valve is connected to the electronic controller with provided wires. the electronic controller has a vaccum hose that i split into the fuel pressure regulator hose for vaccum. it seems to be working. sorry for the confusion, i do have a manual and i did follow it. i just wanted to make sure from someone more experience. what piggy back u recommend?

yes, that looks like the way i connected it. the line out are two wires that connect to the valve, which has two hoses that i connected to the actuator and the turbo housing.
