My Bronco 2 (2.9 liter)stalled out. Towed it home. Found no spark. Changed ignition coil. Still no spark. Had 12 volts to coil.
Read up on the forum about Bronco's with no spark. Decided it was best for me to bring it in for service.
Picked it up today.Cost $301.66
Replaced module lx223t $76.85, distributor gear $31.74 , magnetic pickup $41.75,
Labor $129.74, plus tax ect.
Mechanic found a piece of broken plastic from old distributor cap broke the parts he replaced.
Hope this helps others. Thanks to all for posting some good advice on Bronco's with No Spark.
