Superdetailed Enzo Tamiya project

Yes another Enzo from Tamiya. Maybe the best-ever 1:24 plastic kit ever done in this world. Looks very good out of the box, but looks much better after a lot of superdetailing. And there are many manufactures doing stuff for this kit. I used etch from several suppliers, like Studio 27, SMS, Eduard and Sakatsu. It soon ends up being expensive, but the kit really deserved the full treatment. Here are the pictures:

One thing that would have made it look even better is darkening the panel lines. Other than that, awesome work, just needs to be dusted.

It probably looks a bit dusty due to the flash of the camera.
Awesome build, looks really good! You may want to try making photos without the flash, in natural light; they would look much better!

I think I would be broke after a build like this...
Amazing detail! The color is fantastic, looks wonderful on an Enzo!

Hello everybody.
Several have noticed all the dust. I am sorry, but blame my cheap Canon camera, don't blame the model. The pictures are lying, there is no dust at all on the model. I think the flash is the source of the problems.
It's a shame I can't make better quality pictures, but I don't have the resources (money) for that purpose.

That's by far the sweetest Enzo I've seen. Only thing I would do is add some 19's

Hi, astonishing build, can you post pictures on opening the front hood and make working hinges, because it is molded close in the oob model :)

Sorry I don't have such pictures. But I can tell what I did: I carefully cut out the front hood and "restored" the hood with filler where it was needed. Problem is the cut-out removes material, but this is impossible to see when the hood is opened. The hinges (which are scratch) are therefore not working. It was a headache to do those hinges, because they must be very small and therefore becomes very fragile, but after a lot of attempts did it work out. I used araldite to glue the hinges. This glue is very good for this purpose compared to Cyano, since araldite is much more "flexible". Cyano "looks" strong, but is weak in this scenario with torsion forces.
