2002 Honda Civic Hybrid

We have a 2002 Honda Civic Hybrid that has a DTC p1679. We have no information on these vehicles and were wondering what steps we need to take to find the problem. As close as I can figure out from the trouble code pages is loss of power somewhere. Any advice is appreciated.

Fixed it. Battery weak. Replaced battery.
