I was in an accident with my 2000 Acura Integra. When I got my car back from the body shop they messed with the electrical system, so when I got in the car the radio wasn't working and the display said code. I didn't know the code, so I fiddled around with it a little bit and now it says Error 3. Any idea how to fix this?

You need to either get someone on here to get you the security code, or goto the dealership. It's an anti-theft thing, if the radio looses power, you need a code to re-activate it.

Look in the left side of the glove box. There might be a code there or at least the serial number to the radio. If there is no code but a serial number, write it down and call the dealer, they can give you the code over the phone. Also, check other spots (fuze box, under hood, by rear lights, under spare tire, check car head to toe), sometimes the sticker is placed in a different area. If you still cant find the s/n, you will either have to pay someone or do it yourself to take the radio out and the s/n is on the head unit.
I believe the code you have means that you have entered the wrong unlock code too many times. Disconnect the battery for a good 5 to 10 mins and it should allow you enter the unlock code again. Keep us posted on the progress.
