Loud Rubbing Noise

I took my car to get my muffler welded but besides that as i reached 20+mph the front passenger side startd to have this wub-wub-wub-wub noise and as i kept goin faster it just got louder. I pulled over to see if my tire was rubbing or if i had a loose lug nut but i didn't see any problems. I was thinking that it was a wheel bearing but not positive. Is there anyway i could check to see if it was? Any other ideas?

You can check the bearing by jacking up that corner, grabbing the tire on the right and left side, and rocking it back and forth (push and pull on the sides). Do the same but while holding the top and bottom of the tire. If you feel slop during any of those, try to locate it, but the bearing will probably give during both of those.
