My engine does not pass 4,000 RPM

The rav limiter comes on at 4,000 RPM. On my 4G63 turbo charged 92 eagle talon...............................feed me back please, it's a serious problem. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

change your spark plugs, if that doesn't help, then change the spark plugs wires. This is a common ignition problem. Does it happen when you're driving it you put it in neutral and rev it?
