Hi everyone im a newbie and i need Help!

Hey everyone well heres the deal i bought a body kit now i need to know how to take the back and or front bumper off on a 1995 Chevy Cavalier. i know it sounds dumb but i took all the visial bolts out but i dont c how it comes off .......can anyone help me.
