I want to paint my factory roof rack to match the body paint. If anyone has done this please give me some advice on how easy it is to do and where to get the paint to match. And!..is it worth the trouble?

It wouldn't be that hard to paint. Prep time would be the critical factor. You'd need to remove the decals and sand the rack to rough up the surface, then prime two coats, then paint, then clear coat. I don't think it would be worth it as the rack would easily chip when you put equipment up there.

I didn't paint mine to match, but I painted mine black to match the deflectors.

Used Duplicolor Truck Bedliner spray paint. Works really well, dries fast.
