TSI AWD CV-Axle problem....

Whats up everyone? I've got a bit of a problem with this cv-axle I'm working on. Its on a '93 Eagle Talon TSI AWD, and I've been having trouble out of stupid things like this on this car since I bought it. But basically I'm trying to get the cv-axle on the passenger side out of the tranny. I've already taken the axle nut off and seperated the control arm and pulled the axle out of the hub assembly and all that good mess. However the end of the axle that goes into the tranny won't come out of there. I've used a pry bar on it, hooked wire to it and tryed pulling it out, I've done just about everything I can think of. Has anyone run into this problem before? Anyone got any advice? I would really appreciate it. Thanks a bunch.
