All the sudden my car quit and i found its blew the #12 fuse, which is, ignition coil, ECU, Power Transistor, and MFI relay. I have a AFC and a boost controller which i have not had any eletrical problems in 6 months. My coil has 190,000 miles on it. It seems to misfire with even the right pulg gap. ONLY AT OVER 5K RPM, WHEN IN BOOST. Do you think the coil is bad and thats why the fuse pops instantly when you replace it?? I think the coil has finally quit and thats why its poping. Thanks Will O'Hara
I have heard its possible that you can get cross spark between wires that will cause that. I have ACCEL wires do you think the wires are junk?

A blown fuse just means something is shorting to ground before the load. Coils are possible, test them. Since it's only when it's at high RPM, I would think it would have something to spark. I don't know the '93 ignition system, but things to check (if they're there): plugs, wires, distributor cap/rotor, igniter, coils...and not in that order.

Just a few thoughts.
a) do you have a datalogger, because I'm just curious if you are monitoring for knock, based on your mod list.
b) back on topic, what makes you think .36 is the correct plug gap for 16.5psi. I'd take it down to .32 and possibly even .28
You maybe getting spark blowout.
c) are you getting a check engine light with the misfire?

I dont have a data logger but the AFC II has a Knock Sensor and i have not been getting any knock the afc was dyno tuned with a wideband 02 at 15 psi and i was running 11 on the new turbos. The plugs are at .30 i think they are IK20's which is to hot of a plug i need IK24's Or 27's would a bad plug cause it. NO check engine light is on.

THE check engine light is NOT on.
