Hey everyone im new here, but I really need some help with my 1992 lebaron.
My problem is that when I use the convertable top everything sounds like its working, but when I put it down it doesnt seem to align correctly and I have to adjust it to make it fall correctly and when I put it up it I have to pull it forward just enough to lock it in. Also since this has happened the doors dont seem to be able to close all the way.
Thanks,
Ted

Check the well the top goes down into. Make sure nobody has put anything there that could obstruct the movement of the top. This area should not be used for storage. The windows should be down whenever your raise or lower the top. Good luck.

If anyone reads this far back, or get's this link on a Google search. . .
You should also lubricate the top joints every few months. When the top is down, find every place that is going to move when the top does. Put the top about quarter to halfway up, reach the spots you couldn't find with it down.
