86 Accord DX Cruise Control and horn problems

86 Accord Dx. the horn and the cruise control went at the same time. I checked all fuses at all locations. Replaced the cruise control module and Set, Resume switch. I have checked everything to the print in the chilton manual to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am in dire straights over this.
