My wife's '02 Accord has 110K miles and my daughter is going to be starting pre-school soon. I see a clutch in my future. Anyone have any opinions on what brand/type of clutch will hold up best under carpool line creeping conditions?

In my experience. its best to buy the cheapest clutch disc and throw out bearing that is on the market. ALL women tend to "ride the clutch" and wear out the clutch plate, maybe because of their high-heel shoes, and the fact that their left foot is always "resting" on the clutch petal.

If you buy a heavy duty or "racing" clutch disc, then the pressure plate will need replacement too.

I've had experience in three different cases with three different make cars where the clutches were only lasting about one to two months. All three women drivers always wore high heel shoes when they drove.

That was what I was thinking, but I didn't know if some of those newer ceramic disc deals might hold up better. Its probably a trade off between parts expense vs labor (don't have time to change it myself). For what its worth, my drives a clutch better than anyone I've known. She's been the primary driver for all 110K miles and believes that the clutch has 2 positions...in and out, however there's not much else you can do when you're moving up 1 car at a time in car-pool line. (For what its worth, she rarely wears heels because it interferes with her shifting).
