Reversed Battery terminal nightmare! Help Please!!!!!

My sister in laws 1993 corolla would not start one morning. We jumped it and took it to a local farm equipment store. They sold us the wrong battery, we installed it and realized a half second too late that the terminals were wrong neg to pos and pos to neg. I replaced the main alternator fusable link 100a (the one that is bolted in). It starts and runs fine BUT...

1. The turn signals don't work, no click to flash nothing. I've checked the appropriate fuses and they seem to check out. I've replaced the bulbs. I've changed the flasher. Nothing

2. The hazards don't work (ditto to everything above)

3. The airbag light now stays lit all the time. I've tried clearing the code with the wires and and ground trick throught he diagnostics box. The codes clear, but the warning comes right back on.

4. The rear defroster does not work (checked the fuses, all seem good).

Are there OTHER fuses or fusable links that I don't know about or I'm missing. Is there one relay or link that will clear all of these things up in one fell swoop? O please!!!!

Thanks!

I'm about 95% certain that a portion of it did. I believe I have a short somewhere in the harness that runs out of the fuse block under the hood to the fuse panel in the left front kick panel. I have a wiring diagram, that shows the color wires to check. Anyone know how to use a test probe and check for continuity in the circuit? Is there anyway to determin which side fo the fuse block the short has occured? IE. back toward the engine or up into the dash and steering column?

Probably will live with no signals til' sping it is getting COLD here now.

My neighbor did the same thing to his Lexus (a fancy Toyota). We replaced about 5 fuses. Car started and ran but numerous electrical malfunctions were still present. He evenually took it to a dealer --- blown alternator regulator!!!
