92 power mirrors don't work...

I have a 92 sub, and the power mirrors aren't working. I disconnected the armrest power mirror switch, and tested for voltage on any of the wires--nothing on any wire. So maybe the fuse is out, except I can't find the fuse. Does anyone know which fuse runs the mirrors?

And if the fuse is fine, is there any other well-known problem with the power mirror wiring? Which of the power mirror wires is supposed to be +12V? I want to at least try and manually hook power to the switch, to isolate the problem.
