Ok guys maybe I can be helped hahahahahah, Alright heres my situation, I am 5'9 135 lbs and Im just trying to get a six pack, nothing else, I dont care if i look like a twig and my chest looks like a fucking implant from a body builder. I've been working on my six pack for about 3 months now, but hasnt really stood out, that is shown really deep lines. I can see it barely due to the fat over it. This is my problem, it seems like I am building muscle under fat, I dont wanna fucking slim down to a fucking stick so burning my six pack fat is the only goal i wish to accomplish, Aslo what can i do to really accentuate the lines? Im only doing about 500 situps on the bed every other day for a period of about a half hour, my diet consists of:
For breakfast-
Glass of low fat milk and 3/4 of a coup of rice krispis cereal, 1/2 coup of carrot juice, a peach or pear fruit, spoon of cheese and thats it.

Lunch-
some rice with little meat, or granola bar alone, maybe some chicken(not alot)

Dinner- Some meat and soup, some rice and vegetables
500 sit ups

Night-
glass of low fat milk and rice krispi cereal and go to sleep.

What do you think? stupid diet or no?

LOL. Welcome to one of the hardest parts of the body to work with. And it's also usually the first thing to go if you don't keep up with it religiously. Here's (one of the many) links that can can be found

you cant spot burn fat
do a variety of ab workouts, not just sit ups
work your entire body if you want to speed up the rate of muscle development
the number of crunches you can do doesnt matter, the ammount of weight you can do them with is what will give you good muscle gains

anything that has weight, a large book, a lamp, a chair, your cpu, your dog, your girlfriend anything that has weight that you can either place on your chest or hold behind your head

yes my night meal is just before i go to bed, why is there something wrong there? Also if i cut down on eating just a little bit, will that diminish my muscles or fat? cuz I dont want to be thing, but soft.

your biggest meal of the day should be breakfast. A lunch meal could be acceptable, but it's actually preferred that instead of one big lunch, you eat small bits and pieces throughout the day. The idea is, by the time night comes, you won't be too hungry for a large meal right before bed (the worst time to eat a meal, as the food is essentially just sitting in your stomach all night -- your body is burning very little of anything, nevermind meat and potatoes.) If you do eat nearing bed time, try and make it lighter. Instead of meat and potatoes, go with fish and vegetables, or (as I'll sometimes do if it's getting late but I haven't eaten properly) I'll make a grilled chicken salad, with a light vinegarette-style dressing (no heavy cream ones if you can avoid it.) I try to leave AT LEAST an hour or two before bed. If I do have the craving for something late at night, I might have a bowl of cereal (preferably a non-sugary kind, and I've grown up on 1% milk -- no whole for me, yuck!)

I would say that you are probably not eating enough throughout the day to help your muscles grow. If you want to see your stomach muscles, it helps to make them bigger. You definately need to add a bunch of weight and reduce your reps. I would also suggest that you cut out your night meal and eat more of that chicken at lunch time. Do you do any cardio at all?? This is critical to your health and your fat loss.

and don't do situps do crunches, if you do sit up for long enough you'll have some lower back pain later on.

Whats your body fat% to start seeing abbs you need to be under 10%. The lower your body fat the more def. you will see. Because it is suck a large muscle group you will prolly only start seeing results after 6 months or so.
