2002 celica gts

hey i want to get a 2002 celica gts, but everyone tells not to because they have lots of problems and recalls? is that true? anything i might have to look for if i buy it? thanks

whoever told you that is retarded. As far as I know.. there was a recall for the daytime running lights being too bright and that's all. Oh and don't get a 2002 if you are wanting a fast car.. the rev limiter is 7800 instead of 8300 where it should be. 2002 and 2005 are the slowest bc of the 7800rpm rev limiter.
