Dash removal on a 96 Avalon

I have a 96 Avalon and the light bulbs behind the climate control have gone out. I understand replacing them is as easy as getting the dash out - but I do not see how to remove the dash. Can someone help me? Also, can someone tell me what bulb I can replace them with? The local toyota dealership said there were two bulbs behind the climate control and both are now out. I had one out for about a year. Thanks.
