Engine Swap

I have a 2001 2.2L auto and I'm interested in swapping in the 2.0L supercharged Ecotec. Anyone have any experience with this or know what kind of work this takes? Does a new transmission need to be swapped in with it or will it take to the auto (although I'd love to swap in a manual)? Or is there another engine that swaps in that takes less work and gives a better bang for the buck? I've looked high and low in a number of places and haven't found any sort of real answers yet, any help is greatly appreciated.

It will take much more money than your car is worth to swap that engine in. Dont bother with swaps, they take lots of time and money. If you want that engine so bad get a Cobalt with one. 2.4 and the 2.2 ecotec are good engines to boost, but your 2.2 OHV is a dead end. If you want a fast car you should sell the one you have and buy one with potential.
