Yo dudes, my friend has an mkii supra with a better flowing exhaust and a bad clutch. I got a 92 4cyl auto mustang. Think i would smoke him from a stand start?

lol , sorry i got rid of the cavalier two weeks after i got it and made $500 off it. I have three cars a 87 supra turbo, 99 silverado, and a 2000 ls1 trans am. So i will blow the doors off that mustang. I have not lost to a mustang yet with my trans am. And if he has a bad clutch he can't race it because it will grind. And when i did have the cavalier it would probly still beat that mustang. So anywasy to get back to the story, the kid with the supra if he is smart he will not race because he will fuck up his gears.

I didn't say that my mustang would beat yours. Please quit referring to my mustangs as that mustang, it just sounds weird. I'm not too confident that i would beat him anyways, i just wrote this thread after i read about a supra gettin beat by an auto. So yeah. Nice collection of cars btw. My friend has an 87 supra turbo. I cant wait till he gets it on the road. He sent his motor out to get bored and his bottom end rebuilt. Plus he got two heads, both ported and polished. On 30 over and one 40 over. This car has been like 3 years in the making... Its gunna be good.

Got any pics of the supra the 87 you are talking about? i would like to see it. And like i said if i were that kid i would not race with a bad clutch, because all it will do is hurt it. So if he gets the clutch fixed he will win.

Uhm I don't have any pics, but ill see if i can get some. Right now the motor isnt in it, and its sitting in a shed behind his dads towing shop right now. Its got pink primer on it right now, but i can tell you it has a roll cage in it that he made. plus he had to replace both rear quarters. He got it for his 15th bday, and its been this long since he was supposed to have it on the road. He sent it to a motor shop that does all the race motors in the area over the winter. So he got pushed to the back of the list. I am not quite sure if he has the motor back yet either. But ill see what i can do. Im pretty my other friend wouldn't want to race. Well, we actually did race once, but that was just around town at like 1 in the morning. He was in front of me when we started, and thats how it stayed. Im not to confident with the tires on my car to try to squeeze past him around a corner.
