Interior light problem 93 Grand AM

I have a 93 Pontiac Grand AM with an interior lighting problem. When you turn the interior lights on or when you open the doors only the lights under the dash come on the overhead lights no longer come on. Any idea as to what the cause may be? I have no manual for the car and can't seem to see anything in the fuse panel on the side of the dash that might fix it.

check you fuses each one to see if they are burn in the middle. if everything is fine than chek the light bulbs in the top or sides to make sure they are not burned out. if you cant tell than you going to have to replace them one by one. good luck
