zc question

A few days ago, someone told me that where the engine is stamped (left of the header) that if it says "ZC" it is an integra motor..but if it says "ZC D16A1" it's an actual zc out of a civic..anybody know anything about this?

never heard of a ZC being stamped as a D series at the same time.

They never have both.
ZC = JDM Civic
D16A1 = USDM Integra.
It's that simple.
ZC = JDM Civic
