Hi there, I have put a body kit on my car. the kit came with no lighting and the recommended solution is an excuse not a solution.
What i want to do is use the new style 3" fog lights as headlights, you may have seen them the little round ones. they will be mounted in the location where the headlights are to go. I will use two sets, one set on for low beam and both sets on for high beam. the ones i am looking at are 55watt. and they are directional... what i mean by that is they do have a "beam" to them. Does anyone know if these will be legal by pennsylvania state law....yes they will be properly mounted and direction adjustable. thanks in advance
