I am looking to buy a 93 honda accord and it is for 1100$ it has 270,000 miles on it with a new transmission and clutch. I would like to know if it would be worth it to buy it?

Depends entirely on where you are, what condition it's in, how it's been maintained, and what you expect from it.
That mileage, by the way, is pretty high. I know plenty of people here will tell you they have 300,000 or 350,000 miles on their Accord. But at 270,000, you aren't going to get the legendary Honda reliability.
