1999 E150 Conversion Van Headlight

Hello All,

One quick question, I 'm racking my brains out staring at the headlight assembly...To change the bulb...do I have to twist the plastic slot nut on the top of the assembly? Is there anything else that is needed to get to the bulb..they look like one is buried under the battery, the other side looks too darn tight to get my hands in there, being blocked by fuse box..Appreciate all the help for this brainless retiree...
