I am leaking fluid into my rear break dust guard on the left rear wheel...I have been told it is a axle seal .... it doesn't look like or smell like break fluid ... how easy is it to replace the seal .... and how do I do it?

The forum does not suck. People that will not give others time suck. Now that out of the way, jack up rear of vehicle. remove rear end cover, remove tire and wheel, remove locking pin in rear end, remove through pin in rear end, push axle inward and remove "c" clip, pull axle put. Remove the seal. Reverse to install. Don't forget to fill rear end with grease. Most of the people that answer here also have a life. We help for free, so we don't know how much of a hurry you are in. Myelf, I use the automobile forums as a way to keep up with repairs we do not normally work on. So, I guess my point is there is no need to get upset with a forum that does not instantly reply to your needs. If you need repairs immediately, purchase a manual and study it so you know your vehicle thouroughly. This way you can repair it immediately and you will not have to wait. Then if you want to gripe, you have to gripe at yourself. Have a good repair and a happy day. :naughty: :angryfire
