Brake problems

I recently purchased a 2002 ranger 4wd w/ 4.0V6 & auto tranny. when first starting the truck and driving, the brake pedal feels pretty low and response is kind of weak. After driving for about 10 mins, brakes are fine. Dealership tech looked at the problem but determined nothing was wrong. I was ondering if anyone else had a similiar problem. Brakes were replaced and rotors turned on the front, and rears supposedly only "serviced". I thought maybe ajustng up the rears might help but not sure . Any advice? need more info?

I would check brake adjustment at rear first. then check if need to bleed.

May sound a bit far-fetched, but it sounds like a vacuum problem. Possibly a restriction in the vacuum line to the brake booster. Something preventing the brake booster from receiving full vacuum at startup. Then as you drive vacuum increases to normal levels.
