Recieved code 35,low speed fan relay, fan relay circuit fault. But the engine won't start. Fuel pump relay does not pull in. Maunually operating the relay starts the pump. Also the autoshutdown realy does not pull in. Will manually operate both to see if it will run. Any Help

I see you joined yesterday. Welcome to the forum.
When you make a post try to post make and model and engine and trans and mileage.
Does it have spark?
How are all fuses?
How are ckecking relays?
Post back your vechicle info.
Service history and any other info you have got.
We just love info.

2.5 engine. Auto trans. 110,000 miles. 1994 Dodge Caravan. Yes it has spark. Engine will run if I put gas in the TBI. I understand that the autoshutdown kills the spark so that must be ok. If I have a bad cooing fan motor will it cause this.

No the cooling fan will not shut down engine.
If you have spark check out the fuel pump and fuel pump relay. Check fuel pressure.
Also check for injector pulse.
