They have 185 crank hp at 8,000rpm and 118 ft/lbs around 7,800rpm. vtec engages at 6,100rpm and fuel cut is at 8,400rpm.
You will have to use the ECU for a B16B, which should come with the swap if you get it from any half-reputable company/website. Remember the ECU on jdm cars is on our driver's side, so the entire wiring harness will need extended since it will be going on your passenger side. Pickup about 80 butt connectors, some 8,10, and 12 gauge wire, and get your splicers ready.
The motor will bolt right in to a 99-00 chassis, and I'm pretty sure the same goes for 92-95 also. Your swap should come with B16 motor mounts. If not, go to www.ha-sport.com and buy some.
I think the B16B is OBDIIa, not sure though. I know there is only one O2 sensor with this setup (it's on the exhaust manifold) and your second stock hole will need plugged.. or just leave the old sensor in there and cut the wires to it.
If your swap doesn't come with axles, the only replacements that will fit are one from a 99-00 Si with ABS. Yes I know your car doesn't have ABS brakes, but Civic Type R's do and non-abs shafts will be too short.
Let me know if you need anything else, the swap should be pretty easy.
