2000 dodge minivan spark plug replacement

Have a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan with the 3.0 litre engine. Anyone ever done a plug replacement on this vehicle? If so, need to know what you used to remove the number 1 plug (the one nearest the alternator which has to be removed just to access this plug). This is a tricky plug to remove. It's a tight fit. Any advice would be most helpful thanks!!!
