Rims

I need some rims for my 90 celica, but I don't want to look like a rice boy. What rims should I go with and what size?

get what looks good to you, why care what others think of them? i got some ikon 17" silver 6 spokes for my 90st

What color is your car? Is it for show or do you race?
Personal I like 16's or 17's 5 spoke or 8 spokes are nice. I have a red car so i choose black with a chrome lip.

I put 14's on my 87, upsized 1 size, and it actually makes my rusted old celica look good sitting in the field

id go with 17s or 16s if i were u. i got some 17s 6spoke i think theyre adr, off ebay for 150 bucks including tires.

I have 17s alloy from ebay. 5 star design, w/ ea "star" made of 2 spokes...so in total I got 10 spokes...:p 215/40 Kumho rubbers, which sticks me to the road real good. Make sure u get the right tires...not "summer performance" for winter time...as long as u dont get them obnoxiously-chromed-bling2 type of wheels, then you won't look like somebody from "pimp my ride"--- you should be allright. Any wheels set cost more than $800 better be som hi-profile 5Zigen/Volk Racing/ABS/Enkei/Oz for that matters....
