To actually make, or to model up on a CAD program?
If you go to a Quaife website or two, you'll probably see a cutaway drawing of an example. I think the two brands function more or less the same. I can't figure out exactly how the damn thing works 'tho, much less imagine how to model or machine one up. Sorry.
I personally installed one (Quaife) in my cars transaxle, and have photos of the unit itself and in the transaxle. Nothing much to see from the outside of its case at all. Inside they are crammed full of gears.
