Burning oil/ clicking

hey guys, i have the b16a gen I and it is burning oil and clicking baaad. like a quart per month. my compressions at 180 across the board which is good(?). i think its something with the valves but how do i find out for sure.

you are burning oil......................how do you know? oil is not leaking somewhere? as for suspecting your oil burning and assuming its the valves, a leakdown test will answer those questions for you.
